Intermediate and advanced levels
François Heim offers a course based on traditional music or inspired by the traditions of Central Europe, particularly the Balkans. Learning will take place on scores and by ear.
The asymmetrical rhythms and ornaments specific to this music will be covered. Work will be done on accompaniment (chords and right hand rhythm) of the second voice and variations to create a musical ensemble in which everyone can find their place, regardless of level.
The course is aimed at all non-beginner accordion players (minimum 2 years’ practice) and it is preferable to own an instrument with registers.
Students of chromatic accordion and other instruments (guitar, double bass, wind instruments, percussion, etc.) are also welcome.
Practical Information
Arrival: Friday from 17:00
Departure: Sunday by 11:00
Audience: Adults from 7 to 10 trainees
Overnight accommodation: rooms for 4 people or spacious two-person tents
Food: fresh and possibly local produce
